Spiritual Thought

 s

Spiritual Thought

Today, I had such an amazing day. I thank the Lord for blessing me with such wonderful people in the world to make me happy and have that ripple effect. My day started off with waking up in the morning having a good rest last night. Waking up with a smile, then regular routine with the brush teeth/hair, make-up, outfit, and ya da ya da yee. I have bible classes in  the morning, so wake up time for me is 5 a.m and bible class starts at 6 a.m. No, sometimes it does not take me hours to get ready. Sometimes, my day is just needs an extra boost to it. I looked through my photos, and found a photo I thought I'd love to post on Instagram along with some wise and thoughtful words  I was thinking about. Well, I placed the photo in an amazing app called InShot  to fix it so it would match my theme. After doing that, I needed to word my thoughts shortly, but figured  I couldn't. I was in a great mood it had to be shared. What I wrote as the caption was:

I can do all things, through him who gives me strength.
Through my savior who gave me the opportunity to be able to
correct and repent for the sins
i have made.
To my goodly parents, who love the lord.
To my teachers, who teach me and strengthen my faith.
I wake up every morning sacrificing my time for Seminary
(Bible Class) every morning, I never regret going.
It lets me feel the spirit and hold it throughout the day being able
to share my love and help and be like Jesus. So yes, Heavenly Father has blessed me deeply
I  know he does to you everyday.
I can do all things, through him who gives me strength.

I really loved the fact that I felt this way today. I had a good day and I prayed that everyone has a good day, any day, anywhere and any time. I know that it is hard sometimes, never loose your grit. Your stamina. Your standards. You. Never loose you.

I have a motto in my life to get me through, I encourage you all get one. Mine is from my faith, that grows within and will continue to grow as I strengthen it taking responsibility to use the resources the gospel has given me.

I know I have been barely blogging lately. I had a birthday last weekend, thank you for the birthday wishes and emails. Appreciated it! Along with a special little girl Riley Vilasuso who had a birthday! so honored to be sharing a birthday week. I will post once a week, hopefully. I am taking a trip to Tonga December 7th and I dont know if I will have internet, but I will have LOTS of photos to make up for it.

Challenge:

I challenge each and everyone of you to match out your standards. Find your goals, seek your plan out for your goals, no matter how far away the future is.

CHILD CANCER AWARENESS:

We  are doing a project, to make children and adults diagnosed with cancer smile. We are seeking to find others to join along. Each week there will be a theme of a Disney Princess. This week is Pocahontas. Colors of the wind will give them hope that there is more to it then seen. Send it to my email @afisi11212000@gmail.com and I will take it from there along with my partner in this. It doesn't matter solo, group, family, accapella, background music. It does not matter. Please share on social media and use the hashtag #ChildCancerAwareness2k16 the year is almost over. Here is your opportunity.

Much love,
Aliana Fisi

Music

Music

This topic is near and dear to my heart. The fact that we have music in our lives, is completely amazing. I enjoy music a lot. All types as well. It is amazing how much music can mean to someones life. I know that for me, music has impacted greatly. It helped me with math, dealing with numbers and beats, I was able to pass Algebra thinking like music and passing with a high score on my finals. It has helped me developed my confidence in being more social and being myself.

I grew up with music, I sang a lot, my siblings sing, my parents sing and we do not EVER go on a car ride and not listen to music. We have a great passion with music. Even in church, my favorite parts were singing the hymns they had us sing, or in primary programs where we had to sing primary songs. It is just a joy to have music

As I began to grow older, I began to sing and sing. I joined choir in elementary school, I enjoyed it and began to continue it. After elementary, I selected to join middle school choir, more specific, Hanshew Middle School choir and began to love choir more and developed my singing skills. Mrs. McCubrey has taught me a lot and never gave up on me. From then, I decided to take every solo opportunity I can to be able to share my voice, from the classroom to singing in front of two judges that will help me enhance my singing skills.

After middle school, I started Service High School choir. I auditioned 8th grade year to be in the more advanced choirs, Treble or Concert choir and passed excitedly. When it came to the first day of school, what had shown on my schedule was, Mixed Choir which is like a learning choir. I was a little upset but hey, I still got to be in choir. I took all the solo opportunity along with All-State auditioned and solo ensemble. I didn't make All-State but I did have a pretty good score either way. Solo Ensemble, I didn't make it fully but I was only one score away. I nailed a solo in one of our pieces, All of me by John Legend singing the second part of the first verse. Now, I'm dealing with the same schedule situation. I am in Mixed choir and I'm still happy either way. I get to learn music, sing, perform, and still take opportunities. Either way, It makes me very happy.

CHALLENGES:

I encourage you all to control what types of music your ears listen to. Value the music given to you, use your agency to decide whether you want to or should or don't want to and shouldn't.

30 DAYS OF THANKS:

day 16: I am very thankful for music. Music that gets me in a mood. Soothes, exciting, dancy, and into holiday moods.

( the rest of my challenge is on Instagram or Twitter.)

Hope you have an amazing evening.

Memories

Holding Memories

Holding memories is a big thing in my life. I love holding many memories in my heart. When I sit down and just have random thoughts, it always leads to memories. From funny memories to fun outgoing memories. It makes my heart melt when I feel and see the memories ready. I always have these dreams where I always think of it all. I always call it memory lane or the house that holds treasures. Placing the sad, embarrassing, funny, outstanding, loving etc.

There are always times when I refer back to it, like there is a certain song "Me and you" by G-Eazy and every time we hear that song, it reminds us of when we took a family trip to Hawaii for my grandma grave stone ceremony. The reason why this happens, in Hawaii, that song would constantly play and we didn't mind, we just danced in our seats while driving back ot the hotel or at the super market. There are memories where when I was little, I would always play monster with my Big Brother Abraham and my sister and I were on the stairs and she screamed, " There is a monster coming!" We both jumped off the stairs and I landed correctly. She however: face planted on to the ground. Oh boy, my older brother and I couldn't stop laughing even though she was so mad and hurt. It was a great laugh.

Every once in a while when we are together as a family, we always bring up memories and enjoy it deeply. It is amazing, and I can't believe that we make memories everyday. Make memories, whatever mood you are in, you will always smile after you think about them.

CHALLENGE:

I challenge you all to record or keep track of your memories whether technology or a scrapbook. Refer to it once in a while or everyday, no matter what emotion.

30 DAYS OF THANKS:

day 11:

I am thankful for families. I am thankful to be able to make precious memories with them no matter what.

Enjoy life to the fullest,

much love,

Food

I kid you not how much I completely love this topic. Completely everything right now. In America, we eat food processed and taken to the store, where we buy and eat the product. Its amazingly easy for us, but we never know where our food actually came from. Like the bananas in the stores are from Ecuador. Think of it, our food is from out of the country, we barely show thanks and gratitude for all the work they've done to feed us.

It is more frightening what is actually in our foods. SPAM for example, is great, but what makes spam is completely not what you would have expected. This won't occur only in foods, it also occurs in delicious candies we love to eat. If you actually stop and take a look, you will be amazed and grateful that you did. I'm slightly allergic to gluten, gives me dry, itchy. bumpy skin. I completely hate it, but it is completely delicious.

Enough about my problems, but when you actually look at it, you will be amazed. It is Thanksgiving month, and be grateful for the rich blessings and hard working people in this world to process food to your country or the people who work hard to feed you.

CHALLENGE:

I challenge you all to admire your food. Admire where it has came from, be grateful for the hard work placed in to get the food in front of you or in your mouth.

30 DAYS OF THANKS:
day 10:
I am completely grateful for the blessings I have received.Whether it was through someone or from our Heavenly Father. I am grateful for the blessings he has granted upon my family, neighbors, friends, teachers, city, state, and country even though its completely out of hand, I pray he will bless us all through these difficult times of change.

I know my blog is short today, just a  tired and rough day. Hope you all have a wonderful rest of the day.

Love,

2016 Elections

Election

The fact that we have the freedom to vote, have our opinions and support is amazing. The fact that we get to be able to love and be as one is beyond phenomenal. The fact that the hatred has come upon our nation, is tremendously terrible. It doesn't matter who won and who didn't won. What matters is that through the thick and thins, we will support and help each other out. I can honestly say is that I was trying my very best today to stay away from any social media. I tried my very hardest in school to keep my head up and be able to get through with the school hours learning in each class. It was a big challenge. Everywhere I went, I heard hatred and criticism. Every thing that I saw when deciding to come on for a little bit, was full of hatred and threat. The only thing running through my head is, it's not who was elected that is hurting this. It's those who are choosing to criticize and hate and threat others. Its good to protest honestly, it is. Protesting so your voice is heard, but burning down and fighting isn't the answer  it all. It breaks us as a nation. I hope everyone sees that they are wrong. No matter who wins we can make a difference and disagree. We have the right to vote, in the end results, we need to just go through and do all we can to keep peace in our hearts.

I've been saying my prayers in this election, I've prayed that whoever wins will make a change and seek for our future. Bringing us together as a nation. That's all I want, to be able to protect and give helping hands throughout the world. Please love, not hate. Keep God in your hearts and pray. Just continue throughout life. Just know, you have a voice and the rights as a citizen.

CHALLENGE:

Show love and be kind. Share positivism to all. The negativity can't overpower this world. We can make a difference. Keep God in your hearts and pray. With all that is currently happening, our safety is whats in my mind. Share a smile. Stop the hate.

30 DAY OF THANKS:

Day 9: I am thankful that we have a voice. we have agency. agency to choose the right choices and spread positive throughout the world to overpower the negativity this world faces.

Hope that change with this cruel act changes soon.

love,

Love (w/ challenge + 30 day of thanks)

                              Love

Showing love is like showing compassion to someone, taking interest, or being there for them, etc. It's showed in many ways, through help, and all sorts. You feel it everyday.

Through compassion, it's taking action instead of just feeling pity for them. It is easy to say, "I feel so bad for them." And it is easy to say and do.  Many people just say their pity but not take action. That's the problem with society. We say, but we don't do.

I always said, I will share my voice, but I never really came up with anything to accomplish that until I created this blog. To be able to be heard, to share, to help others understand. I may be a young one, but I have so much in my heart. I have so much to share and so much to take in. I'm here to be able to listen to you all, to soak in and learn, apply it to my life, then share throughout how it has blessed my life. It's good to engage, then to sit and say.

Challenge:
I encourage you all to get up and do something for others. Get up and show compassion whether is abroad or just cleaning the dishes. I encourage you to show love to someone.

30 day of thanks:

So, it's thanksgiving month and we are told to share gratitude everyday. I thought I'd take action in this challenge.

I've completed the other days on my other social media sites.

Day 6:

I am absolutely grateful for my family and everything they do to me. I am great full for all the opportunities I get to be able to take responsibilities in babysitting or cooking. Just being around and learning more everyday from thme is a total blessing along with the unconditional love they give me. Along with the gospel. I'm grateful that they are members if the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and that they raised us in this glorious gospel where we can someday marry and be sealed to our family for all time and eternity.

Well, it's been well everyone. Take on the challenge with me.
Love,
ALIANA FISI ♡
